By accessing or using this website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in this Agreement, so please read this carefully before proceeding.

Products for Personal Use

The products described on this website, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or re-sell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Prices

All prices shown on the website are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time.

Payment

Payment for goods must be made prior to despatch.

Dunja Ayurveda uses the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API, and in conjunction, your Stripe account to process credit and debit card transactions.

According to the relevant payment providers’ policies (Stripe) some of the transactions may demand Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), which means that electronic payment is performed with multi-factor authentication to increase the security of such a payment.

The type of used multi-factor authentication as well as demanding SCA in any case depends on the policy of the relevant payment provider (Stripe) that is used by the Publisher to make a payment.

You expressly understand and agree that Dunja Ayurveda shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through Your use of the Service. You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. You agree that Dunja Ayurveda shall not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between You and any other party, including Stripe.

You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through the Service and/or Stripe. Dunja Ayurveda is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with Your Stripe account. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If You process a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed.

You understand that Dunja Ayurveda uses the Stripe API to run the Service and that the Stripe API is subject to change at any time and such changes may adversely affect the Service. You understand and agree to not hold Dunja Ayurveda liable for any adverse affects that actions (whether intentional or unintentional) on the part of Stripe may cause to Your Stripe account.

You must not process stolen credit cards, or unauthorized credit cards through Stripe.

Transaction Security

All transaction information passed between Dunja Ayurveda. and Stripe’s systems is encrypted using SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to Stripe’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Distance Selling

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through the website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods.

Dunya Ayurveda will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned via Royal Mail/Courier Service until they are received at Dunya Ayurveda We strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of a tracked delivery system. Please note we do not refund postage/carriage on goods returned except where goods have been incorrectly despatched or damaged in transit. See below.

Once we have received the goods in a resaleable condition, a refund for the cost of the products only, will be made to your credit/debit card.

Returns/Refunds

Should your goods have been damaged in transit please notify Dunja Ayurveda within 3 days of receipt. If the goods were received by courier, the customer must, when signing for the goods, state they are damaged. If you experience a reaction to or a problem with any of our products please contact Dunya Ayurveda and please review our Return & Refund.

General

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the website, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.

Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site and release of notice of such change.
